The Answers You Need

 

Appointment Policy

  • At HQ Nails, walk-ins are welcome upon availability. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled.

  • Please let us know if you have any health conditions (e.g. allergies or injuries) or pregnant when making an appointment with us.

  • Diabetes Client: Please inform to our technician so we can provide our service with proper care. NO CUTTING SERVICES ARE ALLOWED.

Cancellation Policy

  • In the event that you are running late or cannot keep your appointment, please give us a courtesy call in advance. So that we may re-schedule your appointment.

  • We are understand there is emergency in our lives and sometime we can't keep up with the appointment. However, if you keep playing no-show with your appointment or if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask you non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment. Or you can always walk-ins.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is expected at the time of service. You are responsible to pay in full. We reserve the right to change prices and services at anytime without notification.

  • We accept CASH, Visa, Master credit cards for your convenience.

  • We don't accept personal checks. Tips cannot be added to your credit/debit card.

  • Minimum credit card charges $20

  • No refund is give after the service has been rendered.

Satisfaction Policy

  • At HQ Nails Salon, we pride ourselves with our highly trained team of nails technician. However if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the service received, Please contact us no later than 3 days after your service and your nails technician will be more than happy to help you with any concerns. If your gel nail polish chips or jewelry fall off or artificial nails lifting, we will fix FREE of charge within 5 days window from your service date. 

  • No warranty for regular nail polish.

Gift Certificate Policy

  • HQ Nails' Gift Certificate is available for purchased.

  • Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash, exchange. Gift Certificate is non-refundable.

  • Gift Certificate must be presented at time of service.

  • Gift Certificate are to be treated as cash and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen. 

Service Refusal Policy

HQ Nails has the right to refuse service. We do not discriminate against any races, religions, the way you dress, talk, look or the way you smell. As nail techs, our license limits us to servicing healthy nails. It’s against the law for us to diagnose or treat any condition, even if we believe we know what a client needs. We refuse to serve you due to:

  • One of the main reasons services are denied is due to health reasons. This is not only for your health but also for the safety of other clients and liability for the salon.

  • If there are any foot fungus or infections present it is the right to the nails technician to refuse services. This is a safety issue because if the technician is to provide services to you we could spread the infection or inflame it. It is also a process for the salon to sanitize and dispose of the implements used.

  • Anyone is being rude, impolite or bring threat to the salon and other clients.

  • Reschedule your appointment if the following conditions are present: open cuts, sores, and contagious diseases.

  • We hate to say it but FOR CUSTOMERS SAFETY: Spa chairs have a maximum capacity of 250lbs. We ask if you don't make the cut, please do not sit in the spa chairs for your own safety. (or We ask if you are over the maximum weight capacity not to sit on the spa chair). We appreciate your understanding.

These are  just some of the reasons why your services could be denied at HQ Nails. Remember it is not that the salon is not customer service orientated it is for the protection of you, other clients and the salon staff.
